Project WET
Project WET, or Water Education Today has a goal to promote awareness, appreciation, knowledge, and stewardship of water resources through classroom-ready teaching materials and educator workshops. Included in each workshop is the award-winning, NSTA-recommended Curriculum and Activity Guide 2.0 which is interdisciplinary and developed, field-tested, and reviewed by educators and professionals and correlated to the current NGSS standards.

For more information about Project WET contact Candice Miller at candice.miller@conservation.ok.gov or 405-521-6788
Workshop Dates
Blue Thumb has incorporated Project WET into their volunteer trainings! When attending a training, new volunteers will learn about Project WET, go through a few of the exercises that we commonly use, and receive a Project WET Cirriculum and Activity Guide and certificate. This training offers six (6) professional development or continuing education hours. The cost to attend is $15.00 per person. Please see the list of volunteer trainings below to see if one is being offered near you! Anyone is welcome to attend!
